1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and RC7777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the RC7777 website located at rc7777.cam and all related services, features and content offered therein.

RC7777 is an online gaming information platform. We provide sports betting information, live casino guidance, responsible gambling resources and related educational content primarily targeted at adult users in Pakistan. We do not operate as a licensed gambling operator under the laws of Pakistan and do not hold any licence issued by any Pakistani governmental authority, including but not limited to the Provincial Government of Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or Balochistan, nor the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the RC7777 website at rc7777.cam, including all pages, sub-pages, features and services accessible therein.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, browses or registers on the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by you on the Platform, subject to verification requirements.

3 Account Eligibility

To create an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or licence jurisdiction applicable to the services you are accessing. RC7777 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by minors.
2. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction in which online gambling or the use of such platforms is unlawful.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer or director of RC7777 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close relative of any such person.
5. You must not have a prior Account that has been closed, suspended or banned by RC7777 for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
6. You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and keep such information current at all times.

By registering, you warrant and represent that all eligibility conditions above are satisfied. RC7777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Account Registration

Each User may hold only one (1) Account on RC7777. The creation of duplicate, multiple or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password and accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. RC7777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

RC7777 may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an Account, suspend an existing Account or request additional documentation without being required to provide a reason. Identity documents accepted include CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identification valid in Pakistan.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under the laws of Pakistan or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Attempting to access, tamper with or disrupt any part of the Platform's infrastructure, servers, databases or security systems.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, crawlers or other non-human tools to access or extract data from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Engaging in collusion, fraud, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any form of bonus abuse.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification or use.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any activity that constitutes a financial crime.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Content from the Platform without written authorisation from RC7777.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing RC7777 staff, support agents or other users through any communication channel.

RC7777 reserves the right to monitor user activity on the Platform to the extent permitted by applicable law for the purposes of security, compliance and fraud prevention. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acknowledgement of this monitoring.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on RC7777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and are subject to change at RC7777's discretion with reasonable notice provided to affected users.

RC7777 supports a range of payment methods familiar to Pakistani users. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as contextual information only. RC7777 does not claim endorsement, affiliation or support from any of these payment providers. Users must confirm payment method availability and compatibility directly with the Platform at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC completion and may be held pending verification review. Processing times vary by payment method and may range from same-day to five (5) business days. RC7777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

RC7777 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction that triggers an internal compliance review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of funds pending further investigation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

RC7777 may offer various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing users from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms displayed at the point of offer, which supplement and take precedence over these general Terms where applicable.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only and may not be transferable between accounts.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawal of any associated winnings. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum bet limits apply during active bonus play. Bets exceeding the stated limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from non-compliant bets.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market or game type. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wagering any funds.

RC7777 covers a wide range of sports markets relevant to Pakistani users, including Pakistan cricket (Test, ODI and T20 formats), the Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments, football, tennis, kabaddi and UFC. • RC7777 reserves the right to void, suspend or cancel any bet where there is evidence of error, system malfunction, data feed failure or fraudulent activity.
• Bets accepted in error at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at RC7777's discretion.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to match events, connection issues or compliance requirements.
• The settlement of all bets is final once officially confirmed. Queries regarding settlement must be raised with support within seven (7) days of the relevant event result.
• Winnings from voided bets will be returned to the User's Account as stake only, with no additional compensation.

9 Responsible Gambling

RC7777 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we provide a range of tools to help users maintain control over their activity on the Platform.

Available responsible gambling tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.

10 Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of RC7777 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy or distribute any Content without prior written consent from RC7777.
• Use any RC7777 trademarks, logos or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship without authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform Content constitutes an infringement of RC7777's intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RC7777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

RC7777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free or secure basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, system upgrades and events of Force Majeure may cause temporary unavailability. RC7777 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Suspension & Termination

RC7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful purposes.
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a compliance, reputational or financial risk to RC7777.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency has issued an instruction to restrict the Account.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, RC7777 may forfeit any bonus balances held in the Account. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the User following completion of any pending investigations, subject to applicable deductions for chargebacks, fraud losses or compliance costs directly attributable to the User's conduct.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding real-money balance will be refunded to a verified payment method upon completion of all active wagering obligations.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RC7777 holds its operational licence. Nothing in this clause limits the mandatory consumer protection rights available to Users under the laws of their own jurisdiction, including Pakistan.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that online gambling may be subject to restriction or prohibition under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related provincial and federal legislation. RC7777 does not represent that its services are lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Users access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral body specified in the operational licence governing RC7777's services.

14 Amendments

RC7777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice to registered Users via email to the address on record, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect — except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation, in which case changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12 above.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised each time these Terms are amended. We encourage Users to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
